Negotiation is a craftsmanship.

With the right mindset, with the state of the art knowledge, and with extensive experience, negotiation excellence can be reached. Our customers are best prepared in the negotiation room. They have a concrete action plan in mind and they are ready to react properly, no matter which difficulty might occur. We have empowered them in forefront and we are the reliable partner sitting next to them.

Negotiation can be trained.

We coach our clients through the whole process, no matter how complex the issue, or how tense the situation. Together we reach incredible deals that strengthen business relationships which last over time and which constantly exceed expectations.

Conflicts consume time. They create stress.
And they always come with a price tag.

Conflict resolution is also time consuming and costs money. However, the successful solution to operational problems is something you cannot put a price on. Everybody benefits when they can participate in a such a situation. And that is exactly where I want to go with my customers. I know big companies from the inside, have experience as an executive and a clear picture of your daily challenges.

As experts in conflict transformation, employee management and negotiation, we support national and international companies as well as medium sized businesses in handling difficult inhibitors to efficiency successfully.

During important negotiations we will act as your counsellor in the background or jump right in and help push the stuck project over the finish line, on your behalf. The more complicated, the better.
